Custom made, hollow spheres to any size, from 600 mm (~24in.) up to 3.5 meters (11ft. 6in.) diameter, mirror polished or otherwise, for architectural features, industry etc. fabricated by a patented process using high pressure water. This leaves a blemish free surface, and we can apply a mirror finish (<click for more information) or uniform mat as required. As long as it's cleaned periodically, stainless steel retains the surface finish indefinitely.

Sculptors, Building and Landscape Architects: Whereas the cost of large, robust, reflective stainless spheres may have restricted the use of these dramatic and fascinating displays, you might now be able to include such a feature. Quote form.

Engineers: We further fabricate these spheres into an expanding range of applications. Hemispherical, industrial mixing bowls, on-farm pressure water tanks and milk collection silos etc... the possibilities seem endless. Note: Hemispheres are made by cutting a full sphere in half, so two of any one size is the minimum quantity we supply.
If you want a mirror finished hemisphere we polish one and supply the other in as-built condition, to minimise the cost.

Please be aware that our spheres are all individually custom made. (more info) The smallest we make is 600mm (~24") and the largest, at this time, 3.5 meters (11'- 6")  But before you get too enthusiastic about size, remember that we are based in New Zealand and at say $250 per cubic meter, freight can be a significant cost item.  Particularly if the crate is bigger than a standard shipping container (or about 2.3 meters ~ 7'- 6")
